Boil 3-4 cups of water
Add 2 teaspoons of turmeric to the boiling water and stir it
Simmer it for about 5 to 10 minutes
Add the tea to another container
Add some honey, freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice, and milk to give it a good taste.
Drinking the tea is safe for everybody except for people who have diabetes or who take blood thinners should talk to their doctors before trying any turmeric supplement.
