HEALTHY BREAKFAST

To start our day with enough energy we need a good breakfast to eat. A healthy breakfast contains protein, fruits, whole grains, or vegetables. Let’s look at the foods that are right for our breakfast and bring health for us.

 

Eggs

Contrary to what was believed once that eggs are not good for us because they have cholesterol, now nutritionists believe that one large egg contains 212 milligrams of cholesterol — a relatively large amount compared to other foods — it's now known that saturated fat increases "bad" blood cholesterol and not the cholesterol in foods. So, eggs are a good source of your body protein. Don’t miss them.

 

Whole-grain bread, cereal, or oatmeal

The fiber in bread, cereal, or oatmeal keeps you full and full of energy. The fiber helps your digestive system healthy and working. So, don’t forget about it.

 

Fruit

Fruit juice

Fruit juice is good for you but only if it’s fresh and not artificial with lots of sugar in it. Go ahead and get the juice out of the fruit you like and enjoy the vitamin.

 

Coffee or tea

Coffee or tea are other good options for you to have for breakfast. As long as you don’t have more than four cups a day of coffee or too much tea they are completely all right for your breakfast.
